Industrial PU Flooring in Bangladesh
Heavy-duty industrial PU flooring with extreme chemical, thermal and impact resistance. Seamless polyurethane floors supplied and installed in-house by certified applicators. Trusted by factories, warehouses and food processing plants across Bangladesh — from BDT 37 per SFT.
What is PU Flooring?
Industrial PU flooring, short for polyurethane flooring, is a seamless, high-performance resin floor coating engineered for demanding industrial and commercial spaces. Because it is applied as a liquid and then cured into a tough, elastic layer, it forms a smooth surface that bonds tightly to concrete.
What is PU Concrete Flooring?
PU concrete flooring, also called polyurethane cement or PU screed, combines polyurethane resin with cement and graded aggregate instead of resin alone. Laid at 4–9 mm, it cures into a dense, seamless screed that moves with the concrete slab rather than sitting on it as a thin film.

Why Choose PU Flooring(Ducrete MF)?
Industrial PU flooring outperforms ordinary floor paint and traditional epoxy coatings on every metric that matters. From chemical attack and thermal shock to forklift abrasion, hygiene and slip safety, a polyurethane floor keeps performing. Here are the six benefits our industrial clients in Bangladesh value most.
Chemical Resistant
Withstands acids, alkalis, oils, sugars and aggressive industrial chemicals without softening, staining or surface degradation.
Heat Resistant
Remains stable up to 130°C, so steam cleaning, hot spillages and thermal shock cannot damage the polyurethane floor.
Impact & Abrasion
Handles heavy foot traffic, forklifts, pallet trucks and mechanical impact with minimal wear over years of service.
Hygienic & Seamless
Seamless, joint-free surface prevents bacteria, dust and contaminants – perfect for food, beverage and pharma plants.
Slip Resistant
Customizable slip-resistant profiles and anti-slip texture keep wet processing and washdown areas safe for workers.
Aesthetic & Custom
Available in multiple colours, finishes and zone colour-coding to match your industrial branding and safety layout.

Industries We Serve
Industrial PU flooring is specified wherever hygiene, heat and heavy traffic meet. From food processing and pharmaceutical plants to warehouses, commercial kitchens and car parking garages, we match the right polyurethane system to your operation. Built for demanding industrial and commercial environments across Bangladesh.
Factories
Heavy machinery, oil and chemical exposure with constant forklift movement. A seamless PU floor keeps production bays safe, dust-free and easy to clean.
Warehouses
Non-stop forklift and pallet truck traffic with high abrasion at racking aisles. Polyurethane screed resists point loads and keeps aisle markings sharp.
Food Processing
Hygienic, joint-free surface for wash-down zones and hot spillage areas. Steam and chemical resistant, so it supports food safety and HACCP compliance.
Pharmaceuticals
Cleanroom-grade finish with coved skirting for fast, thorough sanitation. Anti-static and conductive PU options for controlled production areas.
Parking Garages
Handles thermal shock, tyre marking and steel-wheeled traffic on ramps. Slip-resistant texture keeps drive lanes and parking bays safe when wet.
Commercial Kitchens
Resists grease, hot water and strong detergents with a fully seamless surface. Anti-slip finish protects staff in busy wet cooking areas.
Chemical Plants
Aggressive acid, alkali and solvent resistance for bunds and process floors. Chemically bonded polyurethane shields the concrete slab from attack.
Institutions
Durable, low-maintenance flooring for schools, hospitals and campuses. Custom colours with safety line marking for corridors and utility areas.
Our Installation Process
Our industrial PU flooring installation follows a proven six-step process, from site survey and substrate testing to final quality handover. Every layer is applied by applicators trained by Elite Crete USA, BASF and Pidilite. Fast-curing polyurethane keeps your production downtime to a minimum.
Site Survey
Free on-site survey with moisture, substrate and traffic load testing to plan the right industrial PU flooring system.
Surface Prep
Diamond grinding, crack repair, joint treatment and priming to give the polyurethane screed a strong mechanical bond.
Application
Trained applicators lay the self-smoothing PU screed at 4-9 mm thickness with coving for food and beverage factories.
Curing
Fast-curing polyurethane floor is ready for foot traffic within hours, so your production line faces minimal downtime.
line Marking
Safety line marking, anti-slip texture and zone demarcation applied as per your factory layout and HSE standards.
Quality Check
Final inspection, thickness and adhesion checks, cleaning guidelines and handover with after-sales warranty support.
Case Studies
Real industrial PU flooring projects delivered for dairy, logistics and manufacturing clients in Bangladesh. See the area covered, the polyurethane system used and how quickly each floor went back into production. Trusted by industry leaders nationwide since 2013.

3,000 SFT PU Flooring for Dairy Plant
A 3,000 SFT dairy processing hall needed a floor that could take daily caustic wash-downs, hot water and constant trolley movement without opening up at the joints. We ground back the failing coating, repaired the slab and laid a Ducrete MF polyurethane screed with coved skirting at every wall junction and an anti-slip finish. The seamless, chemical-resistant surface removed the bacteria traps flagged in the client hygiene audit. The full installation was completed in five working days with zero production downtime, because the PU flooring was applied zone by zone and cured overnight.

15,000 SFT Heavy-Duty PU for Logistics Hub
This 15,000 SFT logistics hub was losing its epoxy floor to non-stop forklift traffic, pallet drops and thermal shock at the loading bays. After diamond grinding and full crack repair, we installed a heavy-duty polyurethane system across the dispatch aisles and storage zones, finished with fresh safety line marking. Because PU flooring stays slightly flexible it bridges hairline cracks instead of chipping, so racking legs and steel-wheeled trolleys no longer damage the surface. The floor is delivering around 40% longer service life than the epoxy it replaced, and the phased application kept the warehouse operational throughout.

PU Flooring Cost in Bangladesh
The PU flooring cost in Bangladesh mainly depends on the thickness of the flooring system, floor condition, surface preparation, and project requirements. For a clear idea of the overall cost, a 1 mm PU flooring system costs around BDT 60 per SFT, while a 2 mm system costs around BDT 100 per SFT. The 3 mm PU flooring system, which is one of the most popular choices for commercial and industrial applications, costs around BDT 140 per SFT. For projects requiring a thicker and more durable floor, 4 mm PU flooring costs around BDT 180 per SFT. These estimated prices include application cost and may vary depending on the site condition, floor preparation, project size, and specific flooring requirements.
Substrate condition matters as much as thickness. Concrete should be sound, fully cured and free of oil contamination; where the slab is weak, damp or uneven we grind, repair and prime it before any resin is laid. For basements and multi-storey car parks we usually recommend a dedicated car parking garage flooring system, and for electronics or pharmaceutical zones that need static control an anti-static conductive epoxy or PU floor is the safer specification. Where abrasion resistance is the only priority and no coating is wanted, polished concrete flooring is worth comparing before you decide.
